The staff provided exceptional service during our stay.
The property has no elevator, which was quite frustrating for us. The stairs are steep and narrow, making it difficult to navigate, especially with luggage. We also noticed some ants in the bathroom, which was less than pleasant.

Just a smart choice for a holiday in Balabag with definitely value for money. The bed in my room was super comfortable and the sheets were clean despite some wear and tear. Bring your own snacks as the options nearby can be hit or miss.

The overall theme of the hotel is updated and modern, enhancing the overall experience. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcomed at all times! ! The location is perfect, being close to d'mall and various restaurants yet beachfront not overly busy. Additionally, the sea view during breakfast was a memorable highlight, adding to the joy of our stay.
The room we stayed in lacked a window, which made it feel a bit enclosed.
